Worked for a while on my stance with Kevin, thanks again for the help.

After did ring rows for my shoulder holding at the top for 2 seconds and doing 2 second negatives.

Cashoutdeath by burpees, made it to 16 and got 16 burpees by didn;t get on my feet and clap before the buzzer.
