Ring dips felt real dishonest real early on.

Worked on Muscle Ups for skill work, got up to 4 unbroken.

Conditioning rowed a 2k, 7:30.5, my legs were fried after 700m from Mondays wod and all the squats I did yesterday. I guess Avery was right when she said your toast on days inbetween strength days during a strength cycle.
