Did yesterdays rx'd 18:21.

Great muscle up practice, did not expect my arms to be as fatigued from the wall balls as they were, which greatly effected my muscle ups. My intention was to do all doubles of muscle-ups which did not happen, ended up failing a lot at the end including 5 straight on the last rep of the 4 set. Forced me to kip strong and keep the rings close.

couldn't really do burpees

subbed squats&pushups
z healthed between and during exercises

still only 26 something
plus my kips never felt better
chest2bar is the way forward in BK
