Been a long time since I worked on snatch and clean and jerk since my shoulder/wrist were so grouchy. It shows.

Only up to 78# on snatch and 118# on clean and jerk. No where near prs, but felt good to be o-lifting again.

Miserable CF Santa Cruz inspired Finisher:

800 meter run (with 20# weight vest-one of my worst ideas yet)
10 burpees (with lateral jump over paralette)
20 wall balls (14# to BK overhang target)
30 weighted squats (14# ball)
40 double unders
400 meter run (w/vest)
40 double unders
30 weighted squats (14# ball)
20 wall balls (14# to BK overhang target)
10 burpees (w/lateral jump)
800 meter run (w/vest)

I'd like to invest in a women's weight vest - trying to hold onto the vest while running = slow.

Cleans felt good/easy. My jerk pr is 250 but i haven't jerked much lately. I never thought I would say this but I definitely need to jerk more to improve my technique.
