When Are Classes?

FREE Beginners' Classes
Come out and see what we're all about Tuesdays at 8pm, Saturdays and Sundays at 1pm.

WOD Classes (newly expanded schedule!)
WODs 7:30am, 1pm, 6pm, 7pm, 8pm Monday-Friday. WODs 11am and noon on Saturday and Sunday.

Elements Workshops
M/W @ 8pm. (Pre-registration for a particular Elements Workshop is required. Click here to sign up!)

Open Gym for Existing Members
Saturday and Sunday at 1pm.

Note: Open Gym Hours are for experienced members with instructor's permission, and for members who have been to Level l Certifications. Less experienced members who wish to make up a non-technical WOD (e.g., "Cindy") should check with the instructor.
